Community cultural development has a very close relationship between the people and the environment of the society. The culture of the community expands and develops without being limited to peripheral culture when approached from the ecological system aspect surrounding humans. Various cultures can be derived in terms of 'approach in the ecological system'. The cultural development of local communities can have an important impact on improving the quality of life of local residents, including changes and dynamics that preserve the uniqueness of the region, by rejecting the global phenomenon of the past. In this environment, continuous development of culture is possible, and it shows that human culture has great potential to grow with the environment. In particular, promoting the cultural industry and local culture has been successful in some areas, and is becoming part of a global and ecological project that draws meaningful exchanges and empathy with outsiders. Of course, it cannot be said that all cultures have only success stories, but there are valuable advantages inherent in culture. The function of culture is the same as an organism that opens up the possibility of awakening the capabilities and potential of local residents, exchanges and sympathizes with each other, and conveys their lives. In other words, the culture itself aims to look like a large living organism. In addition, if the principle that humans are part of the entire culture is practiced, the field of community cultural discourse can continue to unfold.
