The Korean military has established and promoted the "Defense Innovation 4.0 Basic Plan" to transform itself into an "AI Science and Technology Force" by securing and operating key state-of-the-art forces to solve various problems facing North Korea, such as increased threats and lack of military service resources.
In accordance with this stance, the military industry is developing various weapons systems, manned and unmanned complex systems, and defense information systems based on AI, and is also promoting the creation of a defense AI center. In addition, the defense intelligence platform construction project will be carried out by 2025.
Therefore, in this paper, we will consider the direction of establishing a defense intelligent platform that can be commonly supported in model development, distribution, and operation, such as deep learning and machine learning. And at first we say this paper has just the author’s personal opinion and suggestion.
