The research results of this study are condensed into the following three points. First, as a result of analyzing and comparing 5 Korean translations of Oe Kenzaburo's Sakebigoe (叫び声), A has the lowest translation in both content and forms. B is at an intermediate level in terms of content and forms. C has the highest in content but the lowest in forms. And D and D' are low in content but high in forms, and their origin is likely to be A. Second, as a result of comparing D and D', it turned out that D and D' are identical from Chapter 3 (p.115), and the vocabulary translation is at the same level, but the sentence translation is slightly more faithful to D'. This shows that D has not improved at all despite being published more recently than D'. Third, a list of words including foreign words requiring annotations by the translator, Katakana expressions not currently used, ‘cultural language', and Chinese characters not used in Korean will be particularly useful for Japanese language and translation education. Also, based on this study, I expect a detailed analysis of the Korean translation of Kenzaburo Oe's works in the 1960s and set it as the next task.
