The purpose of this study was to explore whether disabled professional sports club was effectiveness as disabled elite athlete promotion system or not, if this real, would like to suggest formation and promotion plan of disabled professional sports club. The results were followed:First, it needed to arrange definition, scope and support item of disabled professional sports club. In this study, disabled professional sports club consisted of disabled member 100% or under 50% of total club member. Government supported incorporation funds of disabled professional sports club and the club undertake disabled elite athlete promotion such as athlete training or event participation. Second, government train disabled elite coach and arrange in provinces sports association for the trained disabled elite coach, instructor around disabled professional sports club. Also, cooch of disabled sport for all who belonged to provinces sports association for the disabled at present reshuffle cities sports association for the disabled, promoted grass roots disabled sport for all or built athlete base. Third, it needed cooperation efforts of related ministry such as Ministry of culture, sports and tourism, Ministry of health and welfare because sport activity of people with disabilities start from rehabilitation. For this, it needed foundation and management disabled sports promotion committee, and this committee needed registration and supporting of disabled professional sports club, construction of the disabled sports facility and using aids the disabled professional sports club, construction of disabled sports facility and using aids the disabled athlete training of rehabilitation/welfare facility, supporting the disabled enterprise for possibility tournament participation time share or substitutes worker at disabled professional sports club athlete.
