The purpose of this study was to analyze on operation of linkage among the school physical education and Community Sports in Japan. Study methodology use literature research and interview. The results are as follows: First, members of the youth ratio in N-Sport Club is 48%, and Consists of a multi-family. Second, sport goods and schedule management is difficult because of using school sports facilities in common. Third, Play School is intended to foster after-school activities in safety and cooperation of the children. Fourth, the Wing project has helped to improve the athletic performances of athlete. Fifth, a primary factor of the success linkage among N-sports clubs and school physical education is a Key-person in the process of building N-sport club. Further results are mentioned in this research in terms of sports club, and development plan, etc.
