The purpose of this study is to analyze National Fitness Award’s keywords utilizing the big data analytical technique, and provide the basic data required for devising a plan for developing National Fitness Award projects. The scope of collection included the blogs, cafes, intellectuals, web documents, and the news provided by Naver and Daum, which are the leading portals in Korea. The subjects of the fitness certification expanded to the 3 groups of youths, adults, and the elderly, while the data collection period was limited from January 2014 until December 2019, when over 20 fitness certification centers were operated. Through the text mining, the keywords for the National Fitness Award projects were identified, and the degree centrality and convergence of iterated correlations (CONCOR) were analyzed by performing the semantic network analysis. The keywords through the frequency analysis were classified into the purpose of participation, participation target, sports and physical education activities, and the various environment. The results of the degree centrality analysis yielded similar results to the those of the frequency analysis, yet the physical education activities related keywords yielded a relatively higher connection vis-a-vis the frequency. As a result of the CONCOR analysis, a total of 22 groups were classified during the survey period, and the groups related to the purpose of participation, sports and physical education activities, and the various environment were formed the most.
