AI communication boost extended mind in reality and confer new definition on Cognitive Domain presented by philosophy of science and technology. The conception of Cognitive Domain under the perspective of AI communication contain three following parts：First, mean the course of information processing which reflect the similar course of brain by modularity, and also use normalization of Turing Test to indicate the main stream of modern science and technology behaviorism; Secondly, highlight the role of AI media and AI entity in journalism and communication industry, which have changed from tools to subjects, nevertheless they don’t possess subjectivity; Thirdly, point out the dimension or space of AI communication activities, which surpass the closed system of human brain, march into a broad world of Terminal Cloud，Cloud Sovereignty, Images and Post-narratives. Of course the structure may be changed in the future, new cognitive items emerge and join in the system after old cognitive factors were knocked out. The updating and springing up Cognitive Domain will go with the development of human beings civilization forever.
