The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior and organizational effectiveness on sports fun among leisure sport participant exploring the cause, and effect of these factors.
The target population of this study consisted of employees of leisure sport participant. The 700 subjects were selected by the stratified cluster random sampling method from the members in sport organization. Questionnaires of 676 administered in this study. The statistical methods utilized in this study for collected data were reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis.
The implications of the study are as follows.
1. Sports fun among sport organization members affects organizational citizenship behavior. The higher the sports fun, the higher organizational citizenship behavior.
2. Sports fun among sport organization members affects organizational citizenship behavior. The higher the sports fun, the higher organizational effectiveness.
