New payment systems such as Credit cards and Electronic fund transfers system have been used, but Bill and checks have their own sphere.
With the speedy increase of business activities and the scope of commercial transactions, it is common to see a wide use of bills and checks as means of a payment in modern society. Bill and checks have been used as important liquidation system in Korea. Especially the bill is widely used in Korea enterprises.
As the rate of dishonor had increased since early 1998, some people began to seek for a new way to improve the pay system. Some politician proposed the abolition of the bill.
But I think that the fundamental reason of dishonor is attributable to premature establishment of society that values the credit rather than the use of bill itself.
The purpose this thesis is to study on the claims for the reimbursement of benefit and aims at examining matters and theories involving questions of construction and seeking for the better way to improve the bill or checks.
