As for the distribution strategies of airline business, the network relation of travel agencies which should lead the tourist market order was more important than anything else. The strategies of the wholesale travel agencies in Korea are as follows: to construct the networks between travel agencies and solidify the relations with the major retail travel agencies. Analyses of the network characteristics of travel agencies in this study would take out the strategic factors required to maintain the network of wholesale travel agencies by giving out the questionnaires to retail travel agencies. The relations of these travel agencies mostly testify the hypotheses proposed by the theoretical models. Firstly, for the wholesale travel agencies to obtain the trust, to be united and to have long-term orientation, it has been confirmed that quality travel goods and various kinds of support items must be actively spread. Secondly, as trust between travel agencies exerts significant effects on getting commitment and having long term orientation, efforts to build up the trust and maintain are important. Lastly, it has been shown that though there may exist the relation of commitment, the relation of union may collapse unless they enhance support and trust without maintaining it.
