The democratic Government of the South Korea have made an effort to readjust historical event and government’s conspiracy matters. The Korea government wants social unity to transfer democracy through historical readjustment policies. There were policy for social agreement to solve state’s violence for the society of practical unity and democracy. But Historical Readjustment were very various pattern. The Korea Case was same so. Many TRC of the worldwide investigated large number of historical events. The most important thing was truth of the historical event and government’s conspiracy matters and economic reparation to victims. TRC strengthened social infra-structure for democratic transition and consolidation in the South Korea. There was provided a momentum to make participative democratic society. But Some case were not clear truth. Because ruling class and political power obstructed to clear truth and to punish any criminal. Even if the government executed economic reparation policy, the state violence should not go out of existence in the Korea. Ultimately TRC must have operated by some principle for truth, which the reformative character of object of investigation, the comprehensive character of investigative criterion, the opening character of investigative process, the objective character of investigative subject, and the identical character of investigative result.
