The purpose of this study was to examine the difference between job satisfaction rate of sports for all leader's personal characteristics (gender, marital status, education level, event in charge, career and age) on his or her job satisfaction. The subjects in this study were the instructors who passed the qualifying examination in 1999 for 3-grade sports for all leaders by Y- University Sports for All Leader's Academy. A questionnaire survey was conducted by stratified random sampling in random sampling, and the responses from 303 instructors were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple comparison. The analyzed results are as follows : First, the gender of the sports for all leaders made no difference to their job satisfaction and its subsidiary factors such as working environment, expertness development, human relations, social recognition, meaning in life or pride. Second, the marital status of the sports for all leaders made no difference to their job satisfaction and its subsidiary factors such as working environment, expertness development, human relations, social recognition, meaning in life or pride. Third, the education level of the sports for all leaders made no difference to their job satisfaction and its subsidiary factors such as working environment, expertness development, human relations, social recognition, meaning in life or pride. Forth, the event in charge of the sports for all leaders made no difference to their job satisfaction and its subsidiary factors such as working environment, expertness development, human relations, social recognition, meaning in life or pride. Fifth, the career of the sports for all leaders made a significant difference (p<.05) to their job satisfaction and its subvariables, including working environment, expertness development, human relations, social recognition, meaning in life or pride. Sixth, the age of the sports far all leaders yielded a significant difference (p<05) to their job satisfaction and the subvariables of autonomous decision making.
