This study analyzes 76 national theses produced from 2000 to 2015 which were selected with the search words "요리치료", "요리활동", "푸드 테라피", "푸드아트 테라피", and "cooking therapy".
I classify the theses into the major of researcher, year, the targeting object, the methods, the contents. In addition, I process the data by using Microsoft Excel and present the results with the charts to make the data easily understanding.
The results of theses analyzed according to the classified standards are below.
First, in the trend of researchers" major and the years, the most major of researchers was education as 53 theses until 2004. Most of the researches had been conducted only in the field of education until the range of researches expanded into other majors in 2005.
Second, in the trend of targeting object and the year, the theses targeting kids are the most as 52 and disperse all over the years. As the number of the major varied, the target of research expanded to the old from kids after 2005.
Classified with the disabled people, the number of targeting objects who are the non disabled is 53 and the number of disabled is 23. The activities of cooking therapy are effective for both the disabled and non disabled as the theses targeting them dispersed all over the years. The researches targeting groups were preferred to targeting an individual.
Third, in the trend study method, the quantitative researches through experiments are mainly conducted in most theses.
Fourth, in the trend of study contents, most contents of researches focus on the process of therapy, and consist of studying on the results.
