The purpose of this study was for field application and for improvement of curriculum in order to contribute children`s development by investigating what kind of effects are derived to the fundamental motor skill, and cognitive ability by the curriculum of educational organizations. Subjects were children who were dwelling in big cities, and they were classified as members of 190 of physical education group and 225 of kindergarten, and their degree of development was analyzed after study by character program of each group. The test items in this study were fundamental motor skill domains like locomotion, manipulation, and stability, and cognitive ability was measured two times repeatedly for the results of before and after study by questionnaire of 5 grade evaluations. Dependant t-test were used to analyze change of each group during the educational period. Results in this study are as follows; We know that the curriculums in physical education group and kindergarten group have effects on both the fundamental motor skill and the cognitive ability development. The result that curriculum of physical education group produces an remarkable effect on manipulation movement skill development was also obtained.
