This study was conducted to evaluate the Tabata workout for eight weeks with a target of eight middle-aged women appear to have any effect on body composition material and radical. Subjects was conducted three times a week for eight weeks movement, by presenting the average standard deviation of the results was performed by paired t verification method to verify the differences before and after, were derived as follows. One, change in body composition material, except for the body fat in the comparison exercise group, weight, body water, protein, minerals decreased the post minutely than the advance, was not a statistically significant difference in the movement group comparison. Two, a change of harmful oxygen were significantly lower than before the experiment after experiment in the exercise group compared (p<.05), showed a statistically significant change in the exercise group compared.
When we saw the conclusion of the above, Tabata exercise is the body’s constituents did not show any positive effect but in the radical changes of substance have seen the positive effects. In future studies, controlled by a Tabata workout to the portion that can control the experimenter with regard to body composition material it should come to be more and more good results, It analyzes the changes in the body’s ability and the antioxidant with the ability to inhibit oxidation in the body to remove the free radicals generated by the various subjects with the cause, are thought to be preventable by lifestyle-related diseases and various diseases, Tabata the research on exercise is to think that we can continue to be made in the future.
