Humans that can not be the perfect live in despair. To such the people, worship is a craving for the absolute and a struggle. Worship is the seat of renewal that experiences the grace of God, and it is the moment when we are given the dynamic power to realize our own nature and to invest ourselves in the world. In that point, worship is the starting point for humanity. Worship is the act of prostrate before God. Through worship, humans participate in God’s character and become aware of their presence before God.
In the New Testament, Jesus Christ is described as the center of worship and worship with God. In the New Testament, the meaning of worship is proskune,w(bow down or prostrate), Gottesdienst(worship), Gottesverehrung (worship for god) Gottesverehrung is used to mean as latrei,a(work for the people). ‘Ritual’ in the meaning of service to Christ by faith and obedience is described through the word leitourgi,a.
The incarnation issue of Jesus is the culmination of a revelation in which the presence of God is manifested in the form of a human being in the human body and in the human world. Through the incarnation event, God himself intervened in human history and carried out a great plan to rescue humans from their sins. And the death of Jesus is the death of the Atonement taking the sins of all mankind. Christians in the early churches called God to their Father through Christ, a sin offering on the cross, and realized their identity as a new Israel, as heirs to the promise.
Complete worship is done by giving up and serving God. At this time, the history of liberation is happened from the sin and death, and healing is happened. Worship by having in spirit and truth is the sovereignty of God is to establish worship. This worship is as a place of freedom and to free from sin and death. When having with the Spirit of God together, we can offer true worship, and at this time, salvation and healing are happened. Worship in having spirit and in truth is a worship to establish the sovereignty of God. So when having with the Spirit of God, we can give the true worship, have salvation and emotion, have also freedom, liberation and peace, and happen healing.
