The role of a tour guide was consisted with the most essential duties in the general tour industry, and its function in the travel industry was very significant. Regarding influence of satisfaction with the role of the tour guide in the contentment with travel, a willingness to re-visit and positive words of mouth, this study firstly examined the relationship of the foreign visitors on the service of the tour guide. Thus, the study suggested a fundamental direction for the tour guide through the theoretical examination on general concepts of tour guides and their roles. Based on these contents, the concluded results of the case study were listed as below. First, the number one satisfaction factor with the tour guide was the level of language skill, and the most dissatisfying factor was the observance of the travel schedule. Second, on the aspect of a willingness to return for further travel the large number of tourists indicated negative opinions. Third, the tourists expressed negative opinions on recommending Korean to others. Forth, as the level of satisfaction with the tour increased, the tourists willingness to return was high. Fifth, as the level of satisfaction with the tour was high, the tourists`s willingness to recommend Korea to others was increased. Sixth, as the willingness to return was high,the willingness to recommend Korea to other was high.
