This study was to explore an international comparison of competitive tourism destination strategies in the business environment that is constantly changing. If industries want to survive and grow, they have to quickly adapt and cope with the changes. In our current business environment, industries need consistent changes and new opportunities making skills, and within the industries, creative strategies for self-improvement and adaptation ability are needed. In the era of unlimited competition, hotels have to assure their competitive advantage through self-improvement. Along with the issue of how to efficiently use the industry`s resources, the issue of how much to use outside workers and resources has been becoming important. In this respect, hotel outsourcing has been actively put in to action, however it is true that there is a limit in hotel outsourcing research. Therefore, in this research, I have established the factors that affect hotels` outsourcing related employees` feelings about growing hotel business outsourcing and the achievements of outsourcing. By actual proof analysis of the relations between these factors and outsourcing results, I have tries to present the principal points hotel businesses have to see for success in outsourcing. As hotel businesses have to rely on more outsourcing due to high labor costs and low production that follows, many researches related to this matter should be conducted in different angles to be of help to hotel business.
