The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of Chinese students’s attitudes towards korean restaurant and analyze their impact on the satisfaction and behavioral intention of Chinese students visiting the Korean restaurant. We also investigate the factors which influence customer satisfaction and behavioral intention, and also provide implications for the Korean restaurant to attract more customers to visit again. Based on empirical analysis. To do so, we categorized 6 factors of the Korean restaurant selection, customer’s satisfaction and behavioral intention. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of factor analysis of the optional attributes of Korean restaurants in this study, food quality, convenience, food price, physical environment, human service, and cleanliness were derived as six factors. Second, as a result of examining how the optional attributes of Korean restaurants are related to customer satisfaction, all of the measurement factors of Korean restaurant attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Third, as a result of examining the relationship between the optional attributes of Korean restaurants and the behavioral intentions, it was analyzed that food quality and human services had a significant effect on behavioral intention. Environment, and cleanliness did not affect the behavioral intentions. Lastly, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on behavioral intentions.
