The purpose of this study was to provide basic information for the management of the organization`s workforce in terms of sports industry organizations by analyzing the structural impact relationships between incomplete employment, organized civic behavior, and job attitude among those in sports affiliates. To that end, a total of 250 people who have been working in the sports related fields such as youth sports centers, swimming pools and sports centers in the metropolitan area were selected as a population from March 20 to May 1, 2018. The questionnaire was answered using the self-assessment cronbarch’α method and the remaining 211 parts were calculated using PASW PC + 18.0 Stat program for Windows. In addition, a correlation analysis was performed between each variant of the concept of composition and a confirmed factor analysis and a structural equation model was performed with AMOS 18.0.
The results were as followings. First, the analysis shows that incomplete employment of gym employees will affect organized civic behavior. Second, incomplete employment at the sports division will affect job flow. Third, incomplete employment at the sports division will affect the intention of changing jobs. Fourth, the organizational civic actions of those in the sports division will affect job flow. Fifth, the organizational civic actions of the sports workers will affect their intention to change jobs.
