The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among organizational vision of resort corporations and organizational commitment and turnover of employees. The results of this study will be applied to the organizational management strategies of resort companies. The subjects of the study were those who worked as full - time employees in resort companies. Structural equation modeling(SEM) was conducted to verify the hypothesis. As a result, a meaningful conclusion was drawn. The following is the discussion based on the derived contents. First, the organizational vision of the resort corporation was related to organizational commitment. Second, the organizational vision of the resort corporation was not related to the turnover. Third, organizational commitment of resort corporation employees was related to turnover intention. Therefore, a clear organizational vision strategy is needed to improve the organizational performance of the employees. And we discussed based on these contents.
