The purpose of this study was to investigate the creativity of university students according to multicultural experiences. A self-report survey was conducted with 989 valid responses from students in 9 universities. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA and multiple regression. It was revealed that creativity of students who had interaction with foreign students was higher than that of students who didn't. The satisfaction of student-faculty interaction had a positive impact on the growth of student's creativity. Second, student's creativity was different according to exchange student and study abroad experiences. Finally, student's creativity was different according to living experience in foreign country and the level of English proficiency. This study would give implications to develop creative environment to foster multicultural experiences for university student's creativity.
