The subject of this research is primarily focused on the analysis of North Korean corporate governance after the 1990s. It will reveal and organize the actual conditions of corporate governance, as well as analyze the background and causes of the emergence and preservation of this type of corporate governance. This research will reveal the meaning of this type of corporate governance, as well. At the same time, it will examine what kind of transforming guidance exists following the socalled July 1st Analysis of corporate governance is analysis focused on the various stakeholders and on how an enterprise's management and control are carried out. In this research, the concept of insider control is used to explain North Korea's corporate governance. North Korean enterprises' insider control, and the reasons and measures behind its emergence, are central to this research.To look at this work another way, it is an examination of the initial conditions of North Korea's economic reform and system transformation. The aim of this paper is to serve as op utilitarian and economically practical corporate governance, applying a methodological, systematic economic plan, especially addressing principalagency theory.
