The paper used the most resent concept of Work Value that has not been yet introduced to Korea and China, and expands the 'Work Value' researches in Korea and China. This study summarizes a concept of ‘Work Value’, ‘psychological empowerment', ‘Job Satisfaction’ and ‘Organizational commitment’ by following an in depth analysis of former theories. It also focuses on showing how Korean and Chinese employee's Work Value affects their attitudes. Most existing papers on Work Value are focused on analyzing questionnaires without deriving research hypotheses or explained individualism/Collectivism theory as Work Value ; This study explained Work Relationship as Work Value, analyzed the difference between Korea and China with research hypotheses and analyzing data. The summarized results of the study are as the following. First, the relationship between Work Value and Job Satisfaction is not related , but the relationship between Work Value and Organizational Commitment is related in Korea. Second, the relationship between Work Value has a positive relationship with Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction in China. Finally, the psychological empowerment reveals a mediation effect in the relationships between Work Value and Organizational Commitment in Korea. But the psychological empowerment reveals a mediation effect in the relationships between Work Value and Organizational Commitment, it played as a mediator on the Work Value between Job Satisfaction in China. Based on the these findings, the implications and the limitations of the this study were presented including some directions for future studies.
