E-Learning is introduced in our educational system as a new learning system, has been emphasized on importance, diversified and universalized these days.
However, In order to insure grounds on enforcement educational policy relating to e-Learning, it is require to establish proper legal system.
Ministry of Education & HRD is trying to revitalize e-Learning and enact so called 'E-Learning Act' as a basic law about e-Learning. Currently on the table is a bill relating to 'E-Learning Act' in Ministry of Education & HRD.
In this thesis, firstly after taking a look about existing laws relating to education and IT, I examine theoretically about the necessity of the bill. And With this, Compared to ‘E-Learning Industrial Development Act' in enforce, I review critically on the form and content of the bill. This thesis should be contribute to the enactment of 'E-Learning Act' for more effective performance of e-Learning .
