The purpose of this study is to find out how to develop local cultural contents by using Kyunggi Sword Dancing. In order to accomplish this study object, the first step is to analyze the cultural code of Gyeonggi Sutra, which is the core research content of this study, and then to find ways to develop local cultural contents based on this analysis. The concreate results of this study are summarized as follows. Based on these results, it can be expected that Kyunggi province will be able to develop representative local cultural contents reflecting the locality of Gyeonggi province, the story structure inherent in bombership, and the ethnicity of traditional dance. Especially it is considered that these local cultural contents can maximize the effects when they are linked with local festivals. And it is thought that it is necessary to develop multipurpose contents such as viewing type, experiential type and consumption type of local festivals
