The purpose of this study is to examine a difference in emotion and self-efficacy in elderly women participating in Korean dance and provide basic information. As to data analysis used the statistical package SPSS WIN 21.0. The results of the study were as follows: First, for negative emotion and positive emotion sub-factors of emotion according to participation in Korean dance, there was a statistically significant difference only in positive emotion between participation group and non-participation group. Second, there was a statistically significant difference in self-confidence, task difficulty, and self-control sub-factors of self-efficacy between participation group and non-participation group.
