As the volume of the flower market grew, so did the status of the flower industry. According to the Ministry of Agriculture Imports of foreign flowers rose 400% over the past three years, customs data showed. Imports by flower species rose 93.5% on chrysanthemum, 59.1% on carnations, 142.4% on roses and 24.6% on cymbidium However, due to environmental changes in the domestic market in 2017, the floriculture industry shrank 55.3%, while the amount of flower retail transactions dropped about 33.7% from last year. Therefore, it would be difficult to expect an improvement in business performance if the needs of consumers are not met. Therefore, the purpose of this study will first be to study the effect of florist awareness, expertise, design, price, recommendation, and oral application on purchasing intent. Second, I would like to conduct an empirical analysis based on the research results. Third, through empirical analysis, I would like to present a suggestion on strategies for revitalizing Flower Store and the policy of store operation. For the analysis method, frequency analysis, scale analysis, confirmatory analysis, correlation analysis, and structural model analysis are to be used. This study will also be used as a strategy for revitalizing Flower stores and as a policy material for store operation.
