The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the physical environment of the ruin pub experienced by customers spending time at the ruin pub and to investigate how these factors affect the perception of food and beverage quality provided by the ruin pub. The interview was conducted at the Old Mullae, a representative symbol of the ruin pub. The goal of this study is to know more deeply the opinions about the physical environment of Old Mullae where customers feel and recognize for customers who have experienced spending time at the ruin pub. As a result, customers spending time at the ruin pub showed satisfaction with the unique and diverse physical environment. In addition, the satisfaction level of the food and beverage quality provided by the ruin pub showed high satisfaction, which has a positive effect on the overall satisfaction. This high satisfaction level has a positive effect on revisiting the ruin pub in the future. This study is a meaningful and differentiated research in that it is a study on a ruin pub that can provide a new and unique experience for customers who are already familiar with the services provided by existing restaurants and cafes.
