The major purpose of this study was to suggest directions to improve the skill education of the technical high school. For this object, first, reviewed the job competency that the manufacturing company require in the high-tech production system, and analyzed the disturbance elements that obstruct the multi-skills education of technical high school against the change of production system, finally, suggested the improvement program to instruct multi-skills to the student of technical high school. The results of this study were as follows : First, the manufacturing company that is changing with high-tech production system has required a multi-skilled competency to technical high school. Second, the major problems of multi-skill education in technical high school are the low learning ability of students, a low skill demand of manufacturing company, a backward teaching competency of teachers, a low skill education system of technical high school. Third, the improvement were suggested for a new production system are the extending of entrance chance of university for the student of technical high school, the extending of man-power demand for multi-skill job, the establishment of multi-skill education system, a department specialization of technical high school, the reformation of training and evaluation system for teachers.
