The purpose of this research is to investigate the actual conditions of technical training in the technical high schools and to analyze the cognition of the teachers, and then to present the right ways of technical training. The results of the study are summarized as followings. 1. It showed that the students joining the training program in technical high schools lose of lessons. 2. The training expenses being accompanied by the technical training appear to be deficient. 3. There is a significant difference with the response that the teachers directing the technical training appear to have much more mental pressure and to be under a heavier burden than those not directing the technical training and the experienced teachers feel the heavier burden on the school works than the inexperienced. It was revealed that the main factors of the burdens are producing the medalists and working overtime in order to instruct the technical trainees. 4. 54.9 percentages of all the technical high schools responded that it is not necessary for the trainees continuously to take part in Skills Competition. The reason was that both the teachers and the trainees miss a lot of normal educational activities in technical high school.
