This study was conducted to test the relationship among the physical environment of the family restaurant, image and revisit intention. In addition, current study has intended to estimate the mediating effect of the image in the causal relationship between the environmental factors of the family restaurant and the intention to revisit. A total of 342 part questionnaires were used from 20 November to 10 December 2020 for the purpose of the study using the SPSS 23.0 Statistical Package Program. According to the analysis results, the impact of the physical environment of family restaurants on the image of restaurants was demonstrated among factors(cleanliness, spatiality, aesthetics, and comfort). Images from family restaurants (t=.407, p<0.001) has significanlty influenced on the degree of revisit. Furthermore, the results of mediating effect shown that the image has a full-parameter effect on the effect of the physical environment of the family restaurant on the degree of revisit through the medium of the restaurant image. Customers who visit family restaurants are presented with a practical view that cleanliness and spatiality are important in the restaurant. More detailed implications and limitations were included in the contents.
