Present study has been designed to identify the influence of reliability on confirmation about major, perceived usefulness, satisfaction and loyalty as perceived by foodserice major students. To modify the preliminary questionnaires, a pilot test with 30 participants who are major in foodservice department students in Seoul and Kyunggi provinces were performed. After verify the questionnaires, a final survey was distributed to the students by using online survey method, and total 300 survey were distributed and 242 respondents were collected. Statistical-analysis program IBM SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for the data analysis. Results are shown that the reliability has significant impact on both: Confirmation and perceived usefulness. In addition, the relationships among confirmation, perceived usefulness and satisfaction were significantly verified. However, this study found that the confirmation and perceived usefulness have not significant influence on loyalty about the major. In sum, loyalty about foodservice major can be derived from satisfaction. Based on these foundlings, this study revealed the importance of reliability as a critical predictor on ECT model, and can provide various marketing strategics for improving the education service of foodservice major.
