This study was performed to identify the relationship amomg untact learner and perceived usefulness, learning satisfaction, and learning continuance intention for university students majoring in culinary and food service based on the expectation confirmation theory. To achieve the purpose of this research, a total of 255 copies were used for empirical analysis by conducting a survey of students with untact practics class experiences at universities with culinary and food service majors located in Seoul and the metropolitan area. The analysis results are as follows: First, the learner-learner which are the sub-factors of untact learning interaction significantly affected perceived usefulness, but learner-instructor was not significantly affected. Second, the learner-instructor and learner-learner which are the sub-factors of untact learning interaction showed a significant effect on the expectation confirmation. Third, the expectation confirmation had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and learning satisfaction. Fourth, the perceived usefulness showed a significant effect on learning satisfaction and learning continuance intention. Finally, learning satisfaction has significantly influenced on learning continuance intention.
