The kiwifruits have green, yellow, and red flesh colors. The flesh color of kiwifruits is associated with healthy advantages such as antioxidant activities. Therefore, it is important to identify candidate gene related to flesh color and then utilize it for kiwifruit breeding. In this study, RNA-sequencing was performed using the RNA extracted from flesh of ‘Redvita’, which was collected at 120, 160, and 165 days after full bloom (DAFB).
