This study reviewed prior research on negotiation education to emphasize the practicality of negotiation education. The concept of negotiation was defined as a decision-making process in which mutually dependent individuals or groups in conflict relations over common interests construct and agree on alternatives to solve problems. Although negotiations do not occur according to absolute rules, participant’s interact with each other depending on a specific situation and its conditions. To emphasize the participant’s role in negotiating education, the process of building trust between participants was studied. Negotiation games(win as much as you want) were conducted, and the negotiation process and results of participants in these games were investigated with a focus on discourse analysis. The results of the research on the process of trust building are as follows. Step 1 seeks and selects trust and distrust factors in a relationship, : Step 2 is a mutual agreement to strengthen sustainable trust in the relationship, : Step 3 attempts to restore trust to overcome distrust behavior.
