Recently, the importance of natural products is increasing, and various effect studies of complex extracts are being conducted. The aim of this study was to investigated the antioxidant and immunostimulatory activity of mixture containing Paecilomyces tenuipes (PT) and Glycyrrhizae rhizoma (GR). Total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of PT and GR were analyzed. In addition, antioxidant activities were evaluated through radical scavenging assays using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazolin-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical.
