In order to improve the living environment of Gyeonggi-do residents, it is necessary to prepare an improvement plan for the delivery system of the existing apartment complexes, and to find a role and support measures for the public.
In this study, in April 2018, in an apartment complex in Dasan New Town, Namyangju, residents controlled the ground access of delivery vehicles, and the problem of delivery vehicles entering and leaving the land park-type apartment complex occurred.
As the demand for parcel delivery is increasing due to the recent Corona 19 crisis, the possibility of this parcel delivery controversy is also expected to increase, so a public response is necessary.
This study mainly consists of ① issues and problems related to parcel delivery to apartment complexes, ② Conflict resolution cases and related countermeasures, and ③ improvement plans for parcel delivery to apartment complexes.
"Issues and problems related to parcel delivery in apartment complexes" are analyzed through "analysis of causes of conflict" through "case analysis of parcels in dispute" and "status of Gyeonggi-do ground park type apartment complex".
‘Conflict resolution cases and related countermeasures’ analyzed ‘delivery system improvement cases’, ‘physical facility improvement cases’, and ‘public support and countermeasures’
The plan to improve the parcel delivery system suggests ‘introduction of a base delivery method’, ‘The measures for safe passage of delivery vehicles’, and ‘improvement through introduction of a new delivery delivery system’.
As for the improvement plan for physical facilities, ‘facility improvement using Gyeonggi-do quality inspection team and technical advisory group’, ‘use of traffic safety inspection service of Korea Transportation Safety Authority’, ‘response manual and improvement of laws and systems through case construction’ are suggested.
