This study attempted to examine a Study on the multi-group differences between the authentic leadership of the Taekwondo director and the followership capabilities of the instructor according to the Master"s Experience. The subjects of this study were self-assessment of 400 copies of the self-examination method using non-probability sampling method after setting students(including master) in the Department of Taekwondo master of a lifelong education center at five universities in Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do. As a result of examining the collected data, 361 copies of questionnaire data were used for statistical purposes, excluding 39 copies that were unreliable The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The collected material was carried out by using Spss 24.0 and Amos 24.0 version. The questionnaires for From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions: First, First, hypothesis I of this study was partially adopted. In other words, among the sub-factors of authentic leadership, relational transparency, internalized moral perspective, and self-awareness affect followership competency, and balanced information processing did not affect followership capabilities. Second, As a result of verifying the research hypothesis II, it was found that the effect of controlling between groups was significant between the four sub-factors of authentic leadership according to the master"s career and the master"s followership capabilities.
