The purpose is to analyze the effect of adult sensitivity of parents of Taekwondo trainees on the trust and intention of female leaders in female leaders. A survey was conducted on 330 parents, including preschoolers and sixth graders attending Taekwondo centers of all female leaders in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and a total of 317 data were used for the final analysis. The following results were derived through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26.0. The results were as follows. First, it was found that parents" gender sensitivity affects the trust of female leaders. Second, it was found that parents" gender sensitivity affects their intention to continue education. Third, parents" trust in female leaders has been shown to affect their intention to continue education. In summary, Parents were found to have partial prejudice in gender sensitivity against male and female leaders. We must try to eliminate prejudice. Through the development of content that can show the leadership skills of female leaders, it is necessary to devise various ways to eliminate prejudice by sharing through media or SNS.
