A Study on the Influence Factors of the Subjective Well-beingof Rural Middle School Art TeachersJinqiu Zhang ＆ Seungho Kim
Abstract: This study aims to devise a plan to increase subjective well-being by researching factors influencing the subjective well-being of rural middle school art teachers. This study uses a questionnaire to collect data to examine the current state of rural middle school art teachers’ psychological capital. This study uses a structural equation model to explore the relationship between rural middle school art teachers’ psychological capital and subjective well-being and the mediating effect of occupational stress in the relationship between the two. The level of psychological capital of rural middle school art teachers is generally high; there is a significant positive relationship between teachers’ psychological capital and subjective well-being, and there is a significant negative relationship between psychological capital and occupational stress and between occupational stress and subjective well-being, too; occupational stress has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between psychological capital and subjective well-being.
