Also the text data was divided into 3 stages according to the crisis progress stage for each organizations, and then divided into 2 categories on the time period and crisis communication strategy. Strategy patterns were extracted by mapping to the quadrants.
As a result of the word cloud, it was found that the club was focused on the players" reflection and apology to the victims, while the organization was focused on establishing regulations to prevent similar incidents in the future. As a result of the strategy mapping, Club Heungkuk and the Korea Volleyball Federation(KOVO) mainly used defensive strategies, while Club OK Financial, Club Samsunge, and the Korea Volleyball Association(KVA) used a lot of accommodative strategies. As a result of analyzing crisis communication strategy patterns, club Heungkuk and the KOVO were found to have consistently used defensive strategies from the beginning, while Club OK Financial, Club Samsung, and the KVA were found to have used more accommodative strategies from the beginning.
