The purpose of this study is to derive measures that small-scale therapeutic tourism operators can utilize in the field. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows: First, therapeutic tourism site operators should not excessively expand facilities or damage the natural environment. Second, operators should present a variety of programs according to the duration of therapy and provide data on the therapeutic effects to customers. Third, by linking with nearby general tourist sites, operators should further increase tourist satisfaction among therapeutic tourists. Discounts or additional costs and general facility conditions are not critical variables in the selection of therapeutic tourism sites; the study suggests that the duration of therapy, therapeutic effects, and the linkage with natural environments or tourist sites are perceived as more important. Fourth, to ensure the continuous influx of tourists, therapeutic tourism operators should provide customer services that connect customer satisfaction and emotional impact.
