This study was to perform in order to offer basic data for operation of school athletic team through perception analysis of school athletic team instructor about improvement point in operation of elementary, middle and high schools athletic team. To do this, we distributed a questionnaire targeting 655 people of full-time coach and supervision teacher of elementary, middle and high schools athletic club and the results are drawn below through the cross analysis. First of all, it was necessary that improvement of instructor working environment and player excavation and operation support of training base center for activation of school athletic team. Second, The urgent financial items were expansion of budget in school athletic team and a wage increase of instructor. Third, supply and demand of school parent contribution was composed through legal way and directive operation of school parent group. Fourth, appropriate amount of school parent contribution was below two hundred thousand won. Fifth, the appropriate number of tournament participation was from three times to five times. Sixth, the better time of tournament participation was weekdays and holidays than weekends.
