The study was carried out for the purpose to explore the basis for the competency assessment as an categorized analysis for the evaluation of the coaching leadership competencies. Since May 2015, these research objectives for the year to December 2015, using in-depth interview techniques targeting professional groups associated with athletic leaders analyze information to assess the leadership competencies of coaching are leaders and experts in physical education to participate in this study were tapping the doctor by phone and mailing in advance, if you agree to participate were asked the experts participating physicians. Drew conclusions of this study through those research methods and data analysis are below. The results have 357 different reactions related coaching ability of physical instructor. The results through inductive domain analysis could find 10 middle range areas and 4 main areas based on 357 different reactions. In 10 middle range areas, coaching ability and Health knowledge, Sports and overall knowledge were drawn main scope as professionalism. Target consciousness, confidence and values were become coaching belief as second area. The third one was self-regulation represented as controlling others or by myself. Finally, the last one was sociological relationships made by team leadership and Interpersonal.
