The purpose of this study was to develop and propose an important promotion project of the Sportsman Welfare Foundation. This study analyzed business of four types(First, the legal business of the organization dedicated to the sportsman welfare, Second, the business with high conformity with the institutional goal Third, the benchmarking project of the related case Fourth, projects according to the needs of sportsman welfare users) and based on the results of the study, a project to promote the sportsman Welfare Foundation was proposed.
In conclusion, the Sportsman Welfare Foundation is needed projects such as career support, job conversion, job creation of sportsman which are legal projects under the Act on Sportsmen Welfare, injury and safety management deduction business(including deduction insurance) during sports instruction and competition activity, research projects on the welfare status and working status of sportsmen, public relations and educational program operation projects for sportsmen's rights and interests protection, sportsman's life stability support project(such as lump sum salary and loan), athlete's life support project(training support and medical support), sportsman's social security support project(employment insurance, industrial accident insurance, national pension support), sportsman's rights guarantee support project(victim protection and legal and litigation support), elderly sportsman welfare project, female athlete career interruption support project.
