The recent variety of an employment status(condition) was begun with a change of an industrial structure. The beginning of Korea's key industries was with fiber, steel, shipbuilding, petrochemistry and so on. But it changed into IT. The change of an industrial structure resulted in a variety of an employment status, a working condition on the position of an employee. It is desirable for employees to work for a specific hour from the viewpoint of a production efficiency in the manufacturing business. But it is not good for an eating-out industry. In this kind of an industry, a working amount is changed by a specific time. Therefore, it depends on irregular workers such as part-time or dispatched workers.
The change of an employment status as well as an industrial structure altered a view of working and life, too. The society in which life(existence) itself was a goal in the past wants make a good living now. The workers of the highest education level in the world are trying to find the jobs that offer their social activity, self-development, leisure, free-time and they want to be the main group of working time and tasks.
This change of an employment status is caused by a social existence form. In an information communication society, now, going to the office, r attendanceJ is not the only labor-means any longer. The security of communication facilities makes workers work in the place near and far. Also some industries which have no regard for working time and place except for the sufficiency of economical efficiency and working's have appeared recently. Therefore, we can find that an employment status is varied. An employment of the temporary works such as part-time workers, dispatched workers, contract-workers, commission workers, subcontract workers, daily workers are preferred to regular workers nowadays and their percentage rapidly increased. but, in the society that attachs importance to an industrial structure, a corporate strategy and subjectivity of employees, this type of employment status will bring about a labor problem. This is an big issue between an employer and an employee and will keep on.
This paper investigates the main reason of a variety of an employment status varied by a corporate strategy as well as the change of an industrial structure and a view of working and life and finds the problems raised by them, and then views a labor market in the future.
