How Japanese learner writes opinion on the composition expressed with various types and functions of some kind of Modality, is analyzed.In the composition of the learners , to omou form is used in many times and occured with textual patterns forming cause or phenomenon - eipstemic judging by results of analysis. In addition, ‘to omou’ form means that contents of information judged by students belongs to the side of the individual, and uncertainty for that information is represented. In writing, lerners compositions states where and when their knowledges about the recognition as contents of opinion it is not enough. to omou form represents not shared knowledge and opinion.Consider on lerning writing, the ways of expression of the one's knowledge and opinion relats to the recognition of these contents ,and to the expression behavior of the learner. At the time of guiding the composition expression, it becomes necessary to keep locating as theme individual of the hand, in order to examine whether the information which is selected in order to express opinion, how it keeps locating in the opinion sentence, the learner writes and that information just which generally and being accepted whether, namely whether it can be shared.
