Munjang(I939.2~1941.4) is the primary medium of literature the end of the colonial era. Fascism in the East and West in 1940 when the war was stuck. The Compulsive Neo-Orientalism is the time emerged.

The persistence and permanence that is called classical color is mentioned in the novel of Munjang. The concept of classical time appropriated 'Old man' by the presence of a mutation in novel of Munjang. 'Old man' functions as features of the novel reproduces contemporary reality.
