The purpose of this study was to examine the change of physical fitness and body composition on the elderly people with using exercise program in leisure-welfare facility. This research was conducted with 78 seniors participating in exercise programs, 36 seniors with sedentary work program, and 44 seniors who were not exercising. The exercise program was conducted with 14 weeks, 2 times per week of low impact healthy dance program. The changes of the groups % body fat, waist hip ratio(WHR) and physical fitness were analyzed before the exercise program and after the exercise program. The followings were the outcomes. As the result of comparing the physical fitness of the groups after participating in programs, the flexibility and physical strength of lower body in exercise program group was significantly increased compared to the other groups. However, there was no difference in balance among the three groups. In the case of % body fat, there was no significant difference among the three groups. But the WHR in exercise program group was significantly decreased compared to the other groups.
